1970s Bicentennial Uncle Sam Pez Dispenser. No Feet. No Patent Number. Made in Austria. Slight neck wobble but still intact. Hat slightly yellowed and dirty from age and wear.Slight defect in hat label above right ear. Yellowing around top of goatee ( glue maybe? See pics.) Internal sleeve fine and spring still working.
