    1 3/4" diameter by 1" tall and 23 grams in weight interesting flourish that goes all the way around the napkin ring and has forget me not flowers sitting in little nests of dots here and there. I can't find a mark but the napkin ring tests well with test acid for solid high grade silver. It is in very good condition.
