Vintage & Money Bill Changer Quarter Change American Changer Ft Lauderdale. Condition is "Used". This coin changer is out of a local business and dispensed quarters for or bills. It was operational when the business ceased operation . However , I haven't fully tested this as I don't have a key for it . It appears to be pretty sound and at least partially operable. It will power up and reset well. It also will accept Bills easily . I tested it with a dollar and it worked well in terms of accepting the bill. It dispensed two quarters and was attempting to dispense the rest but wasn't able to do so. I'm assuming this is because it could have been out of change . In any case, someone will need to use a replacement key on this unit or rekey it to fully test it and restock it . The unit has some cosmetic scratches and quite a bit of stray paint on the sides .
