This is a 6 foot long CD9-EPSON-NCMS cash drawer kick cable.
What Does it Fit?
It will connect the following M-S brand cash drawers with a 9 Pin Serial DB9 Connector (usually located on the bottom of the drawer)

Most modern Epson receipt printers

they have a 6 Pin Drawer Kick (DK) port RJ12 (see the photos for an example). This port us usually on the rear-bottom of the Epson printer and has 6 pins (not 8, not 4) and looks similar to a telephone cord end.
There are a number of "Epson Compatible" printers on the market as well. These include Bixolon, SNBC, Citizen, TPG, so if you your printer is one of these brands and has a 6 pin drawer kick (DK, CDKO) port then there's a fair chance it will work.  If you're have a Bixolon, SNBC, Citizen, TPG then please send me a quick message before buying and I'll offer a discount and 100% refund in exchange for your willingness to try and report back if it works.
