Q1 : How to choose the cash drawer you want?
1. Size:
16 inch - Standard size option; 13 inch - Small size option; 18 inch - Big size option
2. Lifecycle:
Heavy Duty - Over 2,000,000 Cycle; Standard Duty - Over 1,000,000 Cycle; Economy Standard - Over 600,000 Cycle
3. Rail:
Ball bearing slide is more stable than roller bearing rail
Q2 : How does it work for pos system?
It's a Printer Driven cash drawer, so it only can be connected to receipt printer, not pos system or computer directly.
1. Your application(pos system) on computer or iPad sends the correct command to receipt printer, tells it to open the cash drawer.
2. The printer's driver is configured to open the cash drawer at the start or end of any printout.
Note: Some of the pos system contain the command, but others don't. Without that, we should go to set by the printer and check to see what options are available within the printer's driver. Hope this would help.
Q3 : Will it work with any of the under counter mounts?
1. Mount it under counter should be aligned to the hole at mounting brackets, please check the bracket size and make sure it could be matched with our cash drawer.
2. Please konw that the bracket on our product page was automatically recommened by amazon system, not provided by Beelta.

means the drawer can’t be opened / closed without a key.
