    Description

    * RARE *
    Check out these 3 rare anti-war flyers, posters!
    We are offering a lot of three (3) vintage Anti-War flyers, leaflets from early 1971. These, and many other leaflets, were fairly common during those tumultuous years, especially near college campuses. Consider: the Vietnam War was raging. The military draft was still dragging on. The country was culturally divided.
    One leaflet is titled SHUT THE PENTAGON DOWN MAY 3 with a map of the bridge across the Potomac River that connects the Pentagon with downtown D.C. Printed by the People's Coalition for Peace & Justice. It's in good condition. The next large leaflet says BRING ALL THE GIs HOME NOW! END THE DRAFT NOW! MARCH ON WASHINGTON! April 24. By the Student Mobilization Committee. There is also a list of April 24 endorsers. This is also in good vintage condition with some yellowing and normal edgewear. The last one is titled REVOLUTIONARY LETTERS #1. The image of a man's face makes me think it is Ho Chi Minh, who led the Vietnamese independence movement against foreign colonial powers for decades . The larger posters are 8.5"x14". The other is 8.5"x11". This collection might be fascinating reading for someone who lived through those strange years. As someone once sang - What a long strange trip it's been!
    The 3 papers are in good vintage condition as described above.
