Clean title in hand 149k on chassis. Im the 3rd owner, 1st owner had it for a long time, always had it serviced at Cadillac.
2nd owner had it for less than 6 months, overrevved it and broke a valve spring. Dropped a valve and put a hole through a piston.
I purchased it non running, pulled the motor, had it rebuilt by the Engine Shop in Sharon Hill, PA.
Bored 10 over, new bearings, new pistons, polished crank, GM head gaskets, new seals, new timing chain, knock sensors, Heads redone w/ new valve guides
While the engine was out did some mods
1) long tube headers
2) PAC 1218 Valve Springs
3) Sloppy Stage 2 cam
4) AEM Widband O2 gauge
5) LS7 Clutch W/ Lightweight flywheel
6) AEM Intake
7) LS7 Slave Cylinder
8) ZL1 short shifter
9) quick bleed slave cylinder line
New Battery
Trans shifts super smooth, no grinds, no issues. put about a 1,000 miles on it since rebuilt, it runs really great. Original rear end works well.
Conservative street tune w/ hp tuners, car  has way more potential.
Car had some dents along the right side, has been repaired but sub-par in my opinion. Body has 149,000 miles and is not perfect but nice driver condition. car has some scratches, chips etc consistent with a car of this age and mileage.
Interior is nice, very clean, some of the buttons are worn as is typical with chevys from this age.
