These mailers work perfectly for added protection to thin items that are sent in standard sized envelopes.

These are NOT rigid.  The post office requires bend flexibility in order to be sent standard first class mail.
We have personally mailed/used tens of thousands of these the last few years with zero occurrence of additional postage required.
